The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management for the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced FM providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position requires an exceptional candidate with experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills are essential to succeed in this role. The candidate should be adept at prioritizing tasks and delivering excellent customer service within budget constraints.
