The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group estate. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other LSBU Group locations in Lambeth and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with a proven track record of managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and the ability to prioritize effectively within budget constraints.
