The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced FM providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning and organizational development, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suitable for candidates with proven experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively within budget constraints.
