The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other locations in Lambeth and Southwark.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large, diverse estates operational teams and outsourced contracts, with strong technical knowledge of building services. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills are essential.
