The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, including campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark. The role involves planning and implementing upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning and organizational development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts, with strong technical knowledge of building services, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and proven team leadership abilities. The role requires prioritization skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service within budget constraints.
