The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced FM providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills are essential.
