Job Description:

The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management for the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements to M&E assets aligned with estate master planning and organizational development, covering campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and other locations.

This position requires an exceptional candidate experienced in managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, leadership skills, and customer service orientation are essential.
