Hyde Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Operations Controller (Group) to join our Financial Control and Reporting function in London. You will lead a team of Accountants and ensure statutory financial reporting, monthly reporting and year-end audit readiness for the Group.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional accountancy qualification.
• Experience in statutory reporting and year-end audit in a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical and judgement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Accountants and set priorities.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts and financial statements.
• Coordinate group audit requirements with external auditors.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex reporting matters.
• Maintain robust monthly and year-end controls and reconciliations.
• Identify and address reporting risks and control gaps.
• Build relationships across Finance and the wider business.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and governance.
