Job summary

Clyde & Co LLP in London is seeking a Senior Group Financial Accountant to join the Group Controllership team. You will lead statutory reporting for the group and UK subsidiaries, manage internal controls, and support group financial accounting projects while ensuring timetables are met.

You will partner with external auditors and senior finance colleagues worldwide, using Excel, Power BI and other tools to analyse data and drive accurate reporting across a multi-currency environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with 5+ years' experience and UK GAAP/FRS102 IFRS knowledge.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Experience in a group role with multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional reporting and external audit.
• Strong communication skills with external auditors and senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements for Clyde & Co LLP and UK subsidiary entities.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, year-end and ad hoc financial reports.
• Coordinate year-end group audit file and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Drive integration of subsidiary local books into the global PMS for better oversight.
• Document and review current accounting policies, processes and controls.
• Support group financial accounting projects with regional teams.
