Job summary

Indevor Group is seeking an accomplished Group Financial Controller to lead financial governance, reporting accuracy and compliance across a growing multi-entity portfolio. You will manage the group month-end close, consolidation processes and a robust control environment, while providing strategic financial insight to Executive Leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Experience leading month-end close in a multi-entity environment.
• Consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and Companies Act requirements.
• Experience in external audit coordination and governance.
• Commercial acumen with ability to provide strategic financial insight.
• Proven track record of strengthening financial controls and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group month-end close across multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and Group reports.
• Maintain robust financial control framework across Group companies.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations.
• Coordinate statutory accounts preparation and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and UK GAAP/IFRS where applicable.
• Drive improvements to financial systems, controls and reporting processes.
• Support acquisitions, restructurings and due diligence activities.
• Provide financial insights to executive leadership and board.
• Mentor and develop the wider finance team.
