Job summary

Indevor Group is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the financial governance across multiple entities. You will own the month-end close, consolidate reporting and ensure statutory compliance, working closely with the CEO and the Board.

This role combines technical accounting leadership with commercial insight, focusing on improving systems, controls, and processes to support growth and acquisitions, while mentoring the wider finance team.

Qualifications

• Leads the Group month-end close across multiple entities.
• Prepares consolidated financial statements for the Group across entities.
• Manages statutory compliance and financial governance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group month-end close across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and Group financial reports.
• Maintain a robust financial control framework across all Group companies.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations.
• Prepare statutory accounts and coordinate external audit.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and Companies Act.
• Develop financial systems, controls and reporting processes to support growth.
• Support acquisitions, new ventures and due diligence.
• Provide financial analysis to support Board decision-making.
• Mentor the wider finance team.
