With exciting growth plans, we are looking for an Interim Group Financial Controller.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in establishing the right reporting and controls framework for the Group. You will be hands-on and provide robust financial reporting, assist the operating businesses with all financial matters, and provide clear and pragmatic challenge where appropriate.

Requirements of the role

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
• Experience working in an international group with a good understanding of managing financial reporting across diverse markets.
• Experience working in production, retail, and multi-site operations.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging, and motivating with others in a consistent manner.
• Ability to adapt and embrace change.
• The ability to work at a pace, in a structured way.
