Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisition accounting from pro-formas to due diligence.
• Prepare private equity reports including loan covenants and investor packs.

In this role, you will still own the essentials, group consolidations, statutory accounts, leading the audit — but you will be also be involved in:

• Acquisition accounting – from pro-formas to due diligence and integration.
• Private equity reporting – loan covenants, investor packs, board-level analysis.
• Commercial projects – working directly with the CEO, COO, CMO & CRO.
• Power BI dashboards – turning numbers into insight that drives strategy.

Please do not worry if you have not had exposure to all of this, what matters is the drive to learn, and your appetite to take on new challenges, and the ambition to grow fast.Ideally you will be ACA qualified from a Top 10 firm, with a strong technical grounding in IFRS / FRS 102, you will be analytical, commercially minded, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
