Group Finance Manager | PE-backed Renewable Company | Salary £75,000 - £84,500 + bonus

I am currently working with a PE-backed renewable energy company seeking a Group Finance Manager to join their growing team. You will report to the Head of Group Reporting and collaborate closely with the wider team and across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a hybrid working model offering flexibility regarding onsite days. You will work closely with senior leaders and be comfortable reporting to and collaborating with them.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist regional teams and address audit issues, acting as the main point of contact for auditors.
• Manage statutory and financial statements for all legal entities.
• Possess strong IFRS technical knowledge and familiarity with GAAPs.
• Extensive experience with consolidation, multi-currency, and multi-country operations.
• Support acquisition accounting and collaborate with the team on related tasks.
• Work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO on ad-hoc projects.

Candidates should ideally have experience in a top 10 accounting firm and be ACA qualified. Industry experience is also required, with a desire to progress to the next career level. This role involves succession planning for the Head of Group Reporting.
