Head of Marketing Automation role in a leading global financial services company.

Our client is a leading global financial services company with a broad range of successful products covering both B2C and B2B markets. They are hiring a Head of Marketing Automation which is a key role in their marketing senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build a high performing marketing technology and transformation team focused on Adobe products.
  2. Lead the development of new capabilities.
  3. Drive email marketing operations through the Adobe Marketo system.
  4. Manage marketing workflow.
  5. Lead marketing analytics and insights generation to inform data-driven decision making.
  6. Establish KPIs and performance metrics.
  7. Develop reporting and analytics frameworks to track performance.
  8. Prioritise spend and improve ROI.
  9. Oversee marketing procurement and agency management.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:
