The Third Space in London is seeking an experienced Group Exercise Operations Assistant to support our group exercise offering. You will help instructors, maintain high class standards, and ensure a welcoming member environment across the club, delivering exceptional experiences.

You will build relationships with members and instructors, monitor attendance, support event delivery, and champion health and safety while collaborating with fitness, sales and operations teams.

• Support planning and delivery of events, promotions and initiatives that engage members and showcase the brand.

• Deliver exceptional Group Exercise experiences by supporting instructors, maintaining high class standards and ensuring a welcoming member environment.
• Build strong relationships with members and instructors, acting as a key point of contact and proactively responding to feedback.
• Drive class performance by monitoring attendance, supporting instructor success and helping achieve participation targets.
• Collaborate with fitness, sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless, premium member experience across the club.
• Support the planning and delivery of exciting events, promotions and initiatives that engage members and showcase the Third Space brand.
• Champion health, safety and continuous improvement while contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.
• An experienced Group Exercise Instructor with a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships face-to-face and through phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
• An ambitious and proactive approach, with a desire to learn, develop and progress into a Group Exercise Management role., Level 2 Fitness Qualification or nationally accredited equivalent.
