Third Space is seeking a Group Exercise Manager to lead the programme and instructor team. You will oversee the class timetable, studio operations and member experiences, collaborating with club leadership to build a thriving fitness community.

Ideal candidate will have experience managing group exercise programmes and coaching teams, with strong organisational and budgeting skills to drive engagement and excellence across multiple sites in London.

Formación

• Experience managing or coordinating group exercise programmes.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and experience working with budgets.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

• Lead and develop an outstanding Group Exercise programme that drives member engagement and attendance.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and support a team of exceptional instructors.
• Create a positive, high-performing culture where instructors feel supported and inspired to grow.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of every class experience.
• Work closely with club leadership and central support teams to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Use member feedback and industry trends to continually improve the timetable and studio offering.
• Plan and deliver events, workshops and initiatives that strengthen club community and participation.
• Ensure studios, equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage budgets, costs and operational performance effectively.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the Group Exercise operation.
• Lead by example and act as a role model for the wider team.

We are looking for a Group Exercise Manager to lead our Group Exercise programme and instructor team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about group exercise, loves developing people and wants to play a key role in creating exceptional member experiences.

You will be responsible for the class timetable, instructor team and studio operations, ensuring every class reflects the high standards our members expect from Third Space. You'll work closely with the wider club leadership team to create a thriving fitness community and deliver experiences that keep members coming back.

About you

You'll be someone who loves fitness, enjoys leading people and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences. You'll also have:

• Level 2 Fitness Qualification (or nationally recognised equivalent).
