Job summary

The Third Space is seeking a Group Exercise Manager to lead the Group Exercise programme and instructor team across London clubs. You will oversee the timetable, coach and develop instructors, and ensure every class reflects the brand’s high standards while driving member engagement.

You’ll work with club leadership and central teams to continuously improve the timetable, deliver events, and uphold health and safety, quality, and budgetary targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating group exercise programmes.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
• A passion for creating engaging member experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and experience working with budgets.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Level 2 Fitness Qualification (or nationally recognised equivalent).

• Use member feedback and industry trends to continually improve the timetable and studio offering.
• Plan and deliver events, workshops and initiatives that strengthen club community and participation.
• Ensure studios, equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage budgets, costs and operational performance effectively.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the Group Exercise operation.
• Lead by example and act as a role model for the wider team.

Job description

We are looking for a Group Exercise Manager to lead our Group Exercise programme and instructor team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about group exercise, loves developing people and wants to play a key role in creating exceptional member experiences.
