Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group in the UK is seeking an Event Travel Manager to serve as the lead contact for a dedicated client, coordinating multiple small to medium group air bookings and collaborating with the Operations Director and M&E team to ensure seamless service.

The role emphasises end-to-end travel coordination and project management, supported by CTM technology, with travel to events and on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel or Event Travel.
• Proven ability to manage group air bookings and complex travel programs.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre; BA/VA Level 1 and 2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of multiple small to medium group air programs.
• Coordinate air and rail travel and related logistics.
• Negotiate fares to maximise value for CTM clients.
• Travel to events on occasion and provide on-site support as needed.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and feasibility studies; participate in client pitches.
• Manage budgets and financial reconciliation for projects.
• Ensure accurate project accounts and financial control.
