• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in an international, matrix-led organisation.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the strategic growth agenda for OEM partnerships across multiple markets.
• Develop and implement long-term partnership strategies with key manufacturers.
• Lead negotiations and joint business planning with strategic partners.
• Drive revenue and profitability targets while managing P&L for the OEM segment.
