Rosewood Hotel Group’s EMEA Regional Digital Hub seeks a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead performance-driven digital strategies for a portfolio of hotels, translating commercial priorities into integrated campaigns that drive revenue and brand consistency.

You will coordinate internal teams and agency partners, oversee paid media, SEO, CRM, website and e‑commerce, and deliver clear performance reporting to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital performance marketing within hospitality or ecommerce.
• Ability to plan and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management across regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary digital marketing lead for a portfolio of hotels.
• Coordinate internal specialists, global teams, and agency partners.
• Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across paid media, search, metasearch, social, email and SEO.
• Monitor channel performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Deliver performance reporting and insights to regional leadership.
• Drive alignment with hotel objectives and delivery timelines.
