Job summary

The Dorchester Collection is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to join our luxury hospitality brand. You’ll drive digital campaigns, content and ecommerce initiatives to boost revenue, engagement and brand awareness across websites, emails, search and social channels.

Collaborating with hotel teams and external partners, you’ll ensure on-brand content, optimise campaigns and deliver high-standard projects, while learning through our award-winning academy and enjoying

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing, content, ecommerce or hospitality marketing in luxury brands.
• Experience with CRM and email platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
• Understanding of paid media channels including Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience managing OTA content and ecommerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of image editing and creative briefing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, engagement and brand awareness through digital marketing, content and ecommerce activities.
• Deliver and optimise campaigns across website, email, search, social media, OTAs, and third‑party platforms.
• Collaborate with hotel teams, corporate digital teams and external partners to coordinate content and campaigns.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
