Mission Mars is seeking a data-driven Group CRM & Digital Marketing Manager in Manchester to own performance marketing and CRM across Rudy's and Albert's Schloss. You’ll be the group’s numbers expert, building CRM journeys, supervising SEO and paid digital work, and turning GA4 data into decisions the brand teams can act on.

You’ll also own paid ads strategy for delivery channels, manage agency relationships, QA sites, and report updates to senior leadership, ensuring every pound of digital

• 5+ years in digital marketing
• Experience owning CRM journeys and performance marketing
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills
• Proven ability to manage agencies and budgets
