  • Coordinate employee H&S training, including bookings, certification and refresher requirements
  • Maintain employee training, qualification and competency records
  • Support the management of statutory inspections, permits and other compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate accident, incident and near‑miss records and associated documentation

  • Previous experience maintaining compliance documentation, training records or certification registers
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and general compliance requirements
  • Strong IT skills, including spreadsheets and electronic record-keeping systems

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Proactive and methodical approach to compliance and continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to other operational sites
Desirable (it would be great if you have this, but don't worry if you don't):
  • Previous experience within a SHEQ, H&S, Quality or Compliance role
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
