A dynamic co-working platform is seeking a Group Commercial Director to join them in a newly created role to support the ongoing growth of the business. This individual will be responsible for the UK & European portfolio of buildings from pre-opening onward and will lead revenue strategy, encompassing sales and marketing, while working closely with operations to achieve sales, renewal, and retention targets at each location.

Role responsibilities

The key tasks of this role include:

  • Developing revenue strategies and overseeing site-level performance
  • Managing group-level commercial matters, including sales and marketing deliverables
  • Formulating pricing strategies and initiatives
  • Identifying new target markets and developing the initial product innovation roadmap
  • Providing data insights, reporting, and forecasting to the Board and SLT
  • Managing teams in marketing and sales, including KPI and objective setting, measurement, and management

Experience and profile

  • Essential UK experience in the flexible office industry at director level, with ideally EU experience, in both sales and marketing functions. Sales-led experience with marketing crossover will be considered.
  • Proven success in multi-country market entry and growth
  • Experience in sales and marketing performance management and new product development
  • Familiarity with investor audiences, including reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams at SLT level (sales and marketing)

Remuneration

The basic salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and career level, estimated between £120,000 and £160,000, plus benefits and a performance-related bonus.
