Activate Learning Group is seeking a dedicated Group Administrator to support internal clients across the organisation. The role is based on-site at Guildford College, working 18.5 hours over three days (Mon, Tue, Thu) during term time, with a strong emphasis on accurate data input, communications, and stakeholder liaison.

You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and contributing towards an excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 18.5 hours (0.42 FTE) per week across three days (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) during term time. The role is based on-site at Guildford College.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, literate, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be competent in the use of IT to support the business processes - for example, MS Office, especially Word, and MS 365 is essential.
