Senior Consultant, Senior Finance at Brewer Morris

A globally renowned advertising agency are looking for a Group Accountant to join the team. This is a newly created role due to the continued and rapid growth of the business.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a first move into industry — joining a global leader that partners with iconic, household-name brands across more than 50 countries.

Based in the heart of London on a hybrid basis, this is a pivotal position, to help strengthen their financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the consolidation of group financials across multiple international entities
• Support month-end and year-end reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate the collection, review and reporting of the group’s sustainability data liaising with external advisors
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to streamline processes and improve reporting
• Business Partner with various departments including Tax, Treasury, Legal and Financial Systems
• Subject matter expert for technical accounting and system related queries
• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership
• Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and controls

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ideally ACA or equivalent)
• Must come from audit
• Proven experience in group accounting, ideally within a multinational or agency environment
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS including IFRS 15 & 16
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
