Laing O'Rourke Delivery – ADS Didcot is seeking a Groundworks Supervisor to oversee groundworks, drainage, ducting and civils activities on site in Didcot, Oxfordshire. You will coordinate site teams, manage drawings and documentation, and drive safe delivery to programme while liaising with management and other work fronts.

The role requires CSCS and experience supervising civil works, with focus on health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience supervising groundworks or civil engineering teams.
• Strong background in drainage, ducting and general civils works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and site documentation.
• Good planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate groundworks activities across the project.
• Lead site teams carrying out drainage, ducting, excavation, concrete and finishing works.
• Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme requirements.
• Conduct daily briefings and support toolbox talks.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate labour, materials and plant resources.
• Liaise with Site Management and other work fronts to maintain progress.
• Promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture on site.
