Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-skilled construction role, including hand digging and groundwork.
• Qualifications and licences required for site work and safety compliance.
• CSCS certification is essential and a valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site works following safety protocols, including the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Policy.
• Assist Senior Technician/General Builder with various tasks.
• Support ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System processes.
• Perform additional tasks as advised by Top Management.
• Work away periodically.
