Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Ground Worker for a construction project in Kinglassie. The role involves operating a Forward Tipping Dumper, digging trenches, clearing and landscaping the site, and assisting with foundations setup.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS card, a CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket, and have prior ground‑working experience. Applicants must provide ID, a valid passport, and full PPE to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Forward Tipping Dumper.

• Lead any necessary demolition to enable site work.
• Set up the construction site and lay pavements/kerbs.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Job description

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Ground Worker for a construction project in Kinglassie.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Operating the Forward Tipping Dumper
• Digging trenches and excavation
• Using shovels and other hand tools
• Clearing the site by removing the topsoil and anything that can affect the construction process
• Landscaping the site
• Clearing the construction site of vegetation or carrying out any other site clearance
• Removing old drainage or other pipework systems
• Leading any necessary demolition required to enable site work
• Preparing the ground for the building team to lay the foundations
• Setting up the construction site
• Laying pavement, driveways and kerbs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
• Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card
• Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Ticket
• Must have previous experience working as a ground worker on construction site
• Must be hard working and driven
• Must have valid ID/Passport
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
