Job summary

3D Personnel LTD is seeking a Ground Worker for a construction project in Kirkcaldy. You will dig trenches, use hand tools, and clear sites to ensure efficient progress while following safety guidelines. The role covers site setup, landscaping, and preparing foundations with the building team.

Required are a valid CSCS card, prior ground-working site experience, and full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, boots). CID/ID and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be hard working and driven.

Job description

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Ground Worker for a construction project in Kirkcaldy.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Digging trenches and excavation
• Using shovels and other hand tools
• Clearing the site by removing the topsoil and anything that can affect the construction process
• Landscaping the site
• Clearing the construction site of vegetation or carrying out any other site clearance
• Removing old drainage or other pipework systems
• Leading any necessary demolition required to enable site work
• Preparing the ground for the building team to lay the foundations
• Setting up the construction site
• Laying pavement, driveways and kerbs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
• Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card
• Must have previous experience working as a ground worker on construction site
