Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Groundworker for the Sleaford area to join our Response team, carrying out reactive repairs with safety and customer satisfaction at the core. A 39-hour week is paid with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

You will be NVQ Level 2 qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, with a valid UK driving licence. The role offers a stable work environment, uniform, PPE and pension contributions, plus health and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in domestic or social housing is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out external domestic groundworks including brickwork, flagstones, brickwork pointing and small concrete areas.
• Focus on customer interaction in domestic environments and collaboration with the team.
• Apply fault-finding skills to resolve issues on-site while prioritising safety.
