Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is looking for a Groundworker to join our Response team in the Sleaford area, carrying out reactive repairs and putting customers at the centre of everything we do. You will support a secure, supportive environment with a 39-hour week and a competitive package.

You will bring NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence; domestic housing experience is desirable. The role offers a company van, PPE, and ongoing opportunities to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety is the priority in every task and interaction.
• External domestic groundworks, including brickwork, flagstones, brickwork pointing, and small concrete areas.
• Engage with residents and work collaboratively with your team.
• Apply fault-finding skills to resolve issues in domestic settings.
