Job summary

Service Care in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Groundworker to support a busy property repairs team, delivering paving, concreting, drainage and brickwork repairs on domestic properties.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, experience with paving and concreting, and a full UK manual driving licence. Immediate start on a temp-to-perm basis with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant construction trade.
• Experience with paving, slabbing and block paving.
• Concreting experience, including paths, patios and steps.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Paving repairs and installations, including slabbing and block paving.
• Concreting paths, patios, steps and hard standings.
• Repairing and replacing clay and underground drainage systems.
• Installing and repairing fence posts and panels.
• Carrying out general building repairs and reinstatement works.
• Ensuring safe, tidy external areas on completion.
