ITS Building People are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker for a project in Christchurch, Dorset. This is a 1-month role with an ASAP start and on-site hours from 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. Successful candidates may be considered for future assignments with ITS Building People upon project completion.

The role offers weekly pay with ongoing work, potential for overtime, and the chance to work with established contractors in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card preferred but not always required.
• Previous experience in groundworks or similar roles.
• Own PPE including hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project.

Requirements

• Valid [CSCS/CPCS/NPORS] Card but not always required
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)
• Relevant tools/equipment where required
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
