Job summary

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker for a project in Poole, Dorset. This role offers ongoing work with weekly pay and opportunities for overtime, with potential to secure permanent contracts.

Ideal candidates hold a CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card (or equivalent), civils/infrastructure experience, and own PPE. The contractor environment requires reliability, punctuality and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card is required or preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar groundworker role.
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots).
• Reliable and punctual; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundworking tasks to site requirements.
• Work with civils teams to maintain site safety and quality.
• Assist with material handling and basic site duties as required.

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker on behalf of our client for a project based in Poole, Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project.

Must Have

• CSCS Card
• SSSTS (Preferred)
• Dumper Driver Ticket
• Civils/infrastructure experience
• Experience building storm tanks (preferred)

Requirements

• Valid [CSCS/CPCS/NPORS] Card but not always required
• Previous experience within a similar role
