Job summary

Ben Burgess is seeking a Groundscare Service Technician to diagnose, repair and service John Deere and other brands from our Coates, Peterborough depots and in the field. You will contribute to high standards of customer service across multiple sites and play a direct part in keeping customers moving.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing groundscare equipment
• Servicing John Deere machinery and other brands
• Developing your skills through ongoing training on new products and services
• Carrying out quality assurance in the workshop and in field settings
• Mentoring apprentices and trainees
• Preparing new and used equipment for delivery
