Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Professional Groundcare Service Technician to diagnose faults, repair and service a range of professional groundcare and related machinery. You will work both in the workshop and at customer sites, using modern diagnostic tools to identify faults, replace parts and ensure high-quality work.

The successful candidate will have strong fault-finding skills, knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing faults and repairing professional groundcare machinery.
• Proficiency with electrical and hydraulic systems on diesel engines.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and IT reporting skills.
• Full UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, service and maintain machinery.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and interpret software data.
• Troubleshoot electrical/hydraulic systems and diesel engines.
• Replace parts per manufacturer specifications and complete documentation.
• Work in workshop and on customer sites with a professional approach.
