Job title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Taunton

Hourly Rate: £13.00-£13.15
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:30-16:00

About the role

As part of a two man team, you will be grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, spraying, leaf clearing and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and you'll be doing them all. As part of our mobile team in Taunton, you will keep a number of local grounds in wonderful condition for our client as well as leading and supporting a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives. It's a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.




• Experience using powered grounds maintenance machinery is desired.




• A full valid UK driving license is essential as this is part of a mobile team.




• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.




• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.




• PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
