Reporting to the Attractions Supervisor, you’ll be working within the front-line rota team leaders guide and coordinate the work of the team to complete tasks, identify and explore opportunities that drive sales, ensuring team members maintain business standards in relation to guest service, in line with procedures and keep the department running like clockwork.

Key duties will include:

  • To perform all tasks outlined in the relevant departmental Team Member job description.
  • To run the department on a day to day basis, coordinating the team, maintain highest standards of guest service, and cash, stock control and security operations.
  • Responsibility of opening and closing the attraction daily.
  • Ensure that all attractions are operated to the required standard following company standard operating procedures.
  • To act as a mentor to team members, encouraging and motivating individuals to ensure customer service and standards are being delivered.
  • Delegate tasks and solve problems swiftly.
  • Lead your area in the absence of the Operations Managers, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations.
  • To process refunds in a professional manner.
  • To support the operations managers in monitoring Team members performance, add and implement training when directed or needed to maintain service levels

What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C and above to include: Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety.
  • Proven ability to motivate others.
  • Projects a positive image and serves as a role model for others.
  • A responsible approach and excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the business.
  • Positive and curious, ability to create ideas about how to improve the guest and colleague experience.
  • Relates to people in an open, friendly and accepting manner

As an Attractions Team Leader you’ll receive a pay rate of £10.15 per hour in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include;

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working variable hours (minimum of 16 hours per week averaged over a 13-week period) including weekends, evening and bank holidays as required. Earliest start time 9am, latest finish time 8.30pm varying in accordance with opening times.
