Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to manage a small team on housebuilding estates in Chapel Brampton, Northampton. You will perform grass cutting, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and spraying while ensuring safety and quality.

• Proven experience in Grounds Maintenance and leadership is highly desirable.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
• A full UK driving licence is essential. CSCS card is required.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance.
• Spraying and other grounds tasks to keep estates in good condition.
