Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited in Brixton is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division, working across residential estates and external environments in South West London. The role covers mowing lawns, hedge trimming, planting and general upkeep for new builds and sheltered accommodation.

This is a temporary to permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A full UK driving licence is required to perform site duties and transport equipment.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• Experience using gardening power tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and transport plant, machinery and equipment.
• General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, debris clearance, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery
