Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work in Brixton, London, on a temporary to permanent basis. The role involves grounds maintenance on residential estates, using gardening tools and ride-on machinery, and ensuring safe pathways with salt and grit spreading.

Qualifications

• Full driving license held for a minimum of 1 year.
• Experience using gardening power tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
• General maintenance of grounds (grass cutting, debris clearance, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming).
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.
