Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Bromley to maintain outdoor spaces across housing sites. You will mow lawns, trim hedges, weed beds and pathways and keep areas clean and presentable while safely operating groundskeeping equipment.

The role is full-time, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, based in Bromley BR1, with emphasis on health and safety and reliable site access.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license.
• Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools safely.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and maintaining lawns to keep them neat and healthy.
• Trimming and shaping hedges, shrubs and bushes to promote growth and improve appearance.
• Removing weeds from flower beds, pathways and other landscaped areas.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, trees and preparing soil and beds.
• Clearing debris, litter picking, sweeping pathways and maintaining outdoor cleanliness.
• Safely operating machinery such as mowers, strimmers and leaf blowers; maintaining tools.
