Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain outdoor spaces across Slough, Bracknell and Reading. The role involves mowing, hedge trimming, planting and general landscape upkeep, with travel to sites as required.

Working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and a full UK Driving Licence is required. You will join our grounds team delivering clean, safe and visually appealing environments for our housing and public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Experience using gardening power tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
• General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.
