Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management division in South West London. Working externally across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining the general landscape.

Including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting and weeding in new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation. This is a temporary to permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience using gardening power tools.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
• General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, hedges, planting and weeding.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery.
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in South West London. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment
• General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery

Key requirements:

• Full driving license held for a minimum of 1 year
• Experience in using gardening power tools
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
