Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Brighton. Working externally across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining the general landscape, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting and weeding.

This is a temporary to permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A full UK Driving Licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year)
• Experience using gardening power tools
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and transport plant, machinery and equipment
• General maintenance of grounds (grass cutting, debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming)
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery
• Basic flower bed maintenance
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery
