Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a gardener to work with a leading housing association in Worcester. You will manage grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general grounds maintenance across the Worcester area, using ride-on mowers, hedge cutters and petrol machinery. A company van is provided for work use.

Hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 15:00pm, with a 14:30 finish on Friday. A full UK driving licence is required; PA1/PA6 are ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of grounds maintenance.
• Experience of grass cutting, shrub and hedge cutting, weed control, litter picking and all associated tasks.
• Experience of using appropriate equipment including the operation of petrol machinery and ride on mowers.
• Full UK driving license.
• PA1 & PA6 (ideal but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming and pruning in Worcester area.
• Maintain housing stock grounds, including lawn and hedge maintenance.
• Operate equipment such as ride-on mowers, hedge cutters and petrol machinery.
• Carry out duties during hours: Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week, 7:00–15:00, Friday 14:30 finish.

Job description

I am looking for a gardener to work with a leading housing association in Worcester.

Work will include using various equipment including ride on mowers, stand on's and hedge cutters.

You will be responsible for looking after housing stock in the Worcester area which will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming and pruning.

A van will be provided for work purposes only.

Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week. 7:00am - 15:00pm. 14:30pm finish on Friday.

You will Receive:

£16.78 P/H

12 weeks temp to perm

You will need:
