Niyaa People Ltd is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Worcester. You’ll perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, and operate ride-on mowers across housing association sites, contributing to well-kept outdoor spaces.

The role offers £17.20 per hour through the agency, with a 13-week temp-to-perm pathway and long-term, consistent work across Worcester and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience.
• Experience using grounds maintenance machinery, including ride-on mowers.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check.
• The ability to work across Worcester and the surrounding areas.

Job description

Enjoy a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity working for a respected and well-established housing association across Worcester and the surrounding areas.

This Grounds Maintenance Operative role offers £17.20 per hour, with 13 weeks working through the agency before the opportunity to move into permanent employment.

You'll be working for a major housing association in the Worcester area, helping to keep communal grounds and green spaces clean, tidy and well maintained. You'll be part of an experienced team where your contribution will help provide residents with attractive and well‑kept outdoor areas as a Grounds Maintenance Operative.

Location & travel
