Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives for our Templepatrick site in Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for grass cutting, mowing with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimming, pruning and border maintenance, plus litter picking and related horticultural duties.

The role offers full-time permanent work with seasonal hours, and requires a valid UK driving licence with B+E. PA1/PA6 are advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• A full valid UK driving licence & B+E (towing trailers)
• PA1 licences are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep local grounds in excellent condition through grass cutting, ride-on and pedestrian mower operations, strimming, pruning and weeding.
• Maintain shrubs and borders, perform litter picking and related horticultural duties.
• Work as part of a team to support clients and ensure high standards of presentation.

Grounds Maintenance Operatives

Location: Templepatrick, Northern Ireland

Hourly Rate: £12.71-£13.03

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Working Hours: Mon-Fri between 07:00-17:00, 40 hours annualised (45 hours per week in season, 35 hours in winter period)

About the role

We currently require Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Templepatrick. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
